However, we work hard to offer all available discounts to help lower rates as much as possible. Rates are cyclical, and while companies like Geico may offer lower rates now, this is often due to a temporary “new customer” discount, which can change after the first renewal. Many of our customers find they return to us for more personalized service and comprehensive coverage that truly meets their needs. As I shared before, your review is given on our local agency. Which we do not make determinations on your premium costs. We as the local agency look for every possible discount within the bounds we are given on your particular quote we run through State Farm. Although I appreciate the update, I would hope that your experience with our local agency was better than a 1 star experience. If my team was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional in anyway or didn’t find every possible option for discounts for you in the quote they were working to give you from State Farm then the 1 star would be warranted. If not then the previous response to your review goes unchanged. "
